Joseph Roy is a 4th degree black belt Aikido instructor. Currently, he teaches at Aikido Schools of New Jersey in Roselle Park, NJ. His unique curriculum of Sit Cut Throw combines mindfulness, structural integrity and compassion into martial arts training.
